Account information (name, email, shipping address, phone), order history, payment metadata handled by our payment processor (we never store full card numbers on our own infrastructure), product-page interactions captured by our analytics, and any messages you send to support.
To fulfil and ship your order, manage your subscription, respond to support enquiries, prevent fraud, comply with tax law, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Contract performance for orders and subscriptions; legitimate interest for fraud prevention and product improvement; consent for marketing email and non-essential cookies; legal obligation for tax records.
You opt in explicitly at checkout or via the footer signup form. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, or by emailing privacy@purist.online. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional email (order confirmations, shipping notifications).
We use a minimal set of essential cookies for the cart and checkout, and analytics cookies that fire only after you accept them. Full cookie list and toggle is available in the footer cookie preferences link.
Order fulfilment uses our shipping partners. Payments go through our PCI-compliant payment processor. Email through our email service provider. Each of these processes data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement, and only for the purpose listed.
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion. Email privacy@purist.online with the email used on your account. We respond within 30 days.
We retain order records for as long as tax law requires (typically seven years). Account data is retained while your account is active and for thirty days after deletion request.
Where data is transferred outside your home jurisdiction, we rely on the standard contractual clauses or an equivalent legal framework.
We update this policy when our practices change. Material changes are emailed to active account holders at least thirty days before they take effect.
